Progress (the "Service") is a workout tracking application operated by Integrit Nutrition & Performance LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Wisconsin, USA. This policy explains what information we collect through progressworkout.com and the Progress app, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have.
By using Progress, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
We collect as little as we can to make the Service work. Specifically:
We do not collect payment information (Progress is currently free), location data, contacts, photos beyond your Google profile picture, or biometric data.

You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account (see Section 9).
We rely on a small number of service providers ("subprocessors") to run Progress. We don't sell your data to any of them — they process it on our behalf, under their own security and privacy commitments:
Your workout data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore under your own account. Access is enforced by Firestore Security Rules that only allow a signed-in user to read or write their own data — no other user, and no part of the app itself, can read another account's workouts. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, using Google Cloud's standard infrastructure protections.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — but we don't collect more than we need, and we lean on established infrastructure (Google Cloud) rather than rolling our own.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists, so the Service can keep working the way you'd expect (history, streaks, PRs). You can delete individual workouts, templates, or body weight entries at any time from within the app. You can permanently delete your entire account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete my account — this immediately and irreversibly removes your workouts, templates, body weight log, settings, and your account itself.
Progress does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run any analytics or ad-tracking scripts. We do use a small amount of on-device browser storage for functional purposes only:

To exercise any right not available directly in the app, email us at Patrykpie@yahoo.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and no later than required by applicable law.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion of that information, correct inaccurate information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise your California privacy rights, email Patrykpie@yahoo.com. We may need to verify your identity (typically by confirming you can sign in to the account in question) before completing certain requests.
Progress is operated from the United States, and our infrastructure provider (Google Cloud) may store and process data in the United States and other countries where it operates data centers. If you're accessing the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions with data protection laws that may differ from those in your home country.
Progress is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at Patrykpie@yahoo.com and we'll delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time, for example as the Service grows or as laws change. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of Progress after a change means you accept the updated policy.
