These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Integrit Nutrition & Performance LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of Progress, including progressworkout.com and the Progress app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Progress is a workout tracking tool that lets you log exercises, sets, weights, and reps; track personal records and streaks; and organize your training. The Service is currently free to use. We may introduce additional paid features in the future — if we do, any purchase would be governed by additional terms presented to you at that time, and nothing in these Terms currently obligates you to pay anything.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we don't guarantee the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free (see Section 9).
You must be at least 13 years old to use Progress. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You sign in to Progress using Google Sign-In. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account, and for all activity that happens under your Progress account. Let us know right away at Patrykpie@yahoo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete my account within the app.
Everything you log in Progress — workouts, exercises, notes, body weight entries, and templates ("Your Content") — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership over it. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you (for example, syncing it across your devices).
You can export Your Content at any time as a CSV file from Settings, and delete it at any time, individually or all at once via account deletion.
Talk to a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing health condition, injury, or concern. You are solely responsible for your own health and safety while exercising, and you assume all risks associated with physical activity, including but not limited to injury. Progress and Integrit Nutrition & Performance LLC are not liable for any injury or health issue arising from your use of the Service or from exercises you perform.

The Progress name, logo, branding, design, and underlying software are owned by Integrit Nutrition & Performance LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to use our branding except as necessary to use the Service as intended.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any data loss won't occur — we'd strongly encourage using the CSV export feature periodically if you want an independent backup of Your Content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrit Nutrition & Performance LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to $100 USD, given the Service is provided free of charge.
Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You may stop using the Service, or delete your account, at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we'll make reasonable efforts to give you notice and an opportunity to export Your Content beforehand.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wisconsin.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. If changes are material, we'll make reasonable efforts to let you know. Continued use of Progress after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
